We accept Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard & AE). Your payment will be securely handled by the payment gateway call Stripe.  Bank transfer/ PayMe is also available.  Please contact us for instruction.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing details for all purchases made on this site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number so that we can contact you as needed to verify payment information.

Seasonal availability

All pictures presented on the site are for styling and representation purpose only.  The products received may vary from the pictures due to the seasonal availability of flower so some of them may be substituted by similar flower or plant that are in similar look and equivalent quality. By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that there may be variations between images and products produced.

 

Change/ Cancellation of order

No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you wish to change your order, a notification of 48 hours is required for bouquets / boxes; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.

All orders made online will be confirmed in 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
